BCA appoints dealer trainer to build training capacity

BCA is building its training capacity with the appointment of Richard Allen as dealer trainer.

The dealer training team was set up to help BCA customers get the most of out of buying and selling at auction. It also helps to deliver manufacturer accredited appraisal courses that use the latest technology. 

Allen joined BCA from SMA and will work across the UK in his expanded role.

Les Butler, dealer training manager at BCA, said: “As the industry continues to evolve, it is vital that our people remain at the forefront of that change. Our continued investment in training is part of the commitment to build capacity and expertise through the supply chain.”

BCA has seen an uplift in the volume of training requests it receives as vehicles and systems become more advanced.
