Christopher Sawyer will retire as a non executive director of Marshall Motor Holdings on May 23.
Kathy Jenkins, group HR director at Marshall of Cambridge Holdings (MCH), will join the AM100 dealer group's board on that date as a non-executive director nominated by MCH.
Sawyer will also retire from his positions on MMH's audit, remuneration and nomination committees. Jenkins will join MMH's remuneration and nomination committees and Christopher Walkinshaw, MCH's other nominated director, will join MMH's audit and nomination committees.
Peter Johnson, chairman of MMH said: "On behalf of the MMH board, I would like to thank Christopher for his support and contribution to the group over the past three years since our IPO. We have enjoyed working with Christopher and we wish him well for the future.
"The board welcomes Kathy and looks forward to working with her in the future".
As editor, Tim is responsible for the media content, planning and production of AM's multiple channels (AM print and digital magazines, website, social media and contributing to our events planning). He interviews and writes about as many franchised dealer groups and UK divisions of motor manufacturers as possible, to explore the issues facing UK motor retail and understand what solutions dealers and suppliers are using to overcome these.
