Waylands has announced the appointment of Natalie Willoughby as group corporate sales manager, with an aim to increase fleet business across the group.

Willoughby will also support the roll out of its enhanced service for fleet customers, following its Tier 2 Business Centre approval from Volvo.

Bringing almost 20 years of experience in corporate motor sales and management to the role, she has previously took an Audi fleet business from 100 to 1,200 units per annum.

Waylands’ chief executive John O’Hanlon said: “Natalie will be key to developing deep and long-lasting relationship’s with our business customers. 

“Natalie’s many years of experience in the premium sector means she understands the demands and expectations of these customers.

"This appointment demonstrates Waylands’ continued investment in ensuring every potential customer for Volvo will be looked after.”

Willoughby said: “I’m really exciting to be working for a retail group that continues to go from strength to strength – Waylands is now a Tier 2 Business Centre and this highlights just how dedicated they are to giving fleet customers the best service and support possible.
