Frédéric Maillard has been appointed as the new managing director of Renault Retail Group UK, effective immediately.
Maillard had previously worked for Renault Retail Group UK as its regional manager for North West London from 2002 to 2007, and most recently, he served as a project manager in Renault Retail Group headquarters in France, reporting to its chief executive.
During his career he also gained senior leadership experience with Renault's manufacturer-owned dealer group in South Africa and Belgium.
In March the car brand confirmed the RRG managing director Ludovic Troyes had left to join Renault's Alpine brand after almost four years running the car dealer.
In 2021 Renault Retail Group UK recorded £842,000 pre-tax profits from revenues totalling £384 million and it had 719 employees.
