Dealers are expected to save time and boost sales with an enquiryMAX software update.

The development allows dealers to show the whole group stock images in high resolution and then add the selected vehicle into the enquiry with one click. This update is now live for GForces and Pinewood customers and will be available to other DMS users at a later date.

Data from enquiryMAX suggests dealers are becoming more efficient at managing the sales process. The number of sales closed by dealers on the first enquiry had increased by 41%, whereas the average number of vehicles sold on the first enquiry by dealers increased from 19.3 in April 2016 to 27.3 in April 2017.

David Boyce, managing director at enquiryMAX said: “If a customer comes in looking for a particular vehicle the dealer doesn’t have on the site, the sales consultant can now share all available images and information about the vehicles at other locations. It means no more searching for cars online or phoning other sites in the group up to enquire about available stock.

“This will give dealers a significant time saving and boost sales by offering customers more choice, in real-time.”
