Nissan chief executive officer Carlos Ghosn has confirmed that the 350Z will go on sale in the UK - though not for at least a year due to demand in the US and Japanese markets and the need to tune the car for British roads.

The 350Z, benchmarked against the Porsche Boxster, is a rear-wheel drive, two-seater powered by a 3.5-litre 287bhp V6 engine. It will cost about £27,000.
