The new Peugeot 307 will be priced between £10,860 and £15,560 when it goes on sale in June.

The Peugeot 307 is based on an all-new platform and will be available at launch as a three or five door hatchback.

Five different models will be offered, Style, Rapier, LX, GLX and XSi with a choice of seven interiors, providing some 79 different combinations of interior finish including colour co-ordinated dashboards.

At launch there will be a choice of four engines across the range, three petrol (1.4, 1.6, 2.0 16v) and one diesel version, the 2.0-litre HDi turbo diesel.

Features of the new Peugeot 307 include: six airbags (front, side and curtain), ABS (anti-lock braking system) and EBFD (electronic brake force distribution), emergency brake assist, active front seat backrests to minimise whiplash in the event of an accident, three, 3 point seat belts in the rear with three rear head restraints, front and rear door storage bins with storage drawers under the front seats and an air-conditioned glove box on most models.

Prices for the range start at £10,860 for the three door Style model powered by the 1.4 litre petrol engine ranging to £15,560 for the sporty 5 door XSi 2.0 model. Other price examples include the Rapier 1.6 16v 3-door with air conditioning at £12,460 and the GLX 2.0 HDi turbo diesel with air conditioning £14,560.
