This growing organisation supplying high end products into organisations up and down the country. Due to huge growth this year they are looking to recruit an After Sales Administrator to ensure the after sales process is managed efficiently. This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take real ownership and make this role theirs.

Duties and Responsibilities of an After Sales Administrator will include:

* Handling customer calls

* Ordering spare parts as and when required

* Effectively manage and resolve escalated problems

* Investigating faulty products

* Booking in engineers as and when required

* Managing engineers’ diaries

* Chasing up the relevant supplier for spare parts

* General administration support to the logistics team as and when required

Essential requirements for an After Sales Administrator:

* Excellent communication skills are essential for this role

* Any previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous

* Ability to prioritise workloads and manage your day effectively

* Able to handle customer complaints in the correct manner

* Strong administration skills

* Excellent organisational skills, ability to managing several engineers’ diaries at any one time

* Great team player and willingness to learn and grow
