Serve Talent have partnered with a successful Engineering business to recruit an After Sales Assistant - Part Time for their manufacturing facility based in Watton, Norfolk.
You, as the After Sales Assistant, will be responsible for maintaining and updating the companies CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and more as listed below.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Maintain & update CRM Database.
Processing client purchase orders for all Spares, Repeat Bundles and site services.
Creating BOM for spare parts, route cards and works order.
Following up on quotation actively and potentially converting them into orders.
Issue repair/ modification quotations.
Update Open Orders document for spares to help ensure the monthly output targets are achieved.
Ideally you'll be:
Organised, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn new skills.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Have the ability to work well within a team.
You'll be confident in dealing with customers over the phone.
Have excellent attention to detail.
