JOB TITLE: After Sales Customer Care Adviser
SALARY: £32,000 - £40,000 OTE
HOURS: Monday to Friday - Occasional Saturday every month
START DATE: ASAP

They are looking for someone to join their Aftersales Customer Care team to support inbound calls and to maintain a high standard of customer service This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to start their professional career in Customer Services, working in modern offices. The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Being the first point of contact for any inbound calls received from Customers
Creating customer bookings on a bespoke system
Delivering a high standard of customer care
Supporting with any customer queries
Upselling ad-on packages/ deals

Have previous experience in Retail or Sales
Have good IT skills and can learn new systems
