Aftersales Administrator - Blackburn

Basic - £25k

OTE - £31k

Mon - Fri - 7.30am - 3.30pm/8.30am - 4.30pm/10.00am - 6.00pm (very flexible on working hours for work life balance)

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Interpret warranty and R&M claim details from job cards
  • Generate repair invoices
  • Ensure all claims are transmitted successfully to R&M and warranty providers
  • Interact with customers and fleet managements companies to support the successful processing of repair invoices
  • Identify which parts are for return and disposal, and inform the relevant parts department of required action
  • Investigate any rejected claims and resubmit where relevant
  • Participate in R&M and warranty audits as required.
  • Cost and invoice retail work on behalf of the group service departments as and when required
  • Process Warranty/ R&M credit payments for work claimed
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ensure that within the area of operation all company and trade associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met. All statutory requirements, including trading standards, fire, health and safety, must always be adhered to.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous motor trade experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous Warranty/R&M claim experience
  • Knowledge of Kerridge/Autoline system
