Our client, a busy volume car main dealer group are looking for a Call Centre Manager to oversee their busy service/aftersales reservations departments. They are paying a salary between £28,000 to £35,000.
You will be responsible for up to six Call Centre Advisors contacting and receiving calls from customers over the telephone for Service, MOT and maintenance requirements and digital service bookings.
You will also be responsible for training and motivating the team, ensuring continued efficiency within the company processes, and offering fantastic customer care.
Reporting on the Call Centre and Overseeing the Keyloop (Kerridge) Call Manager System
Ideally you will have team management experience within the Automotive Service/Aftersales industry. You will be a confident relationship builder, be able to influence and advise whilst offering a first-class service to our customers and staff.
You will be based in Norwich, working 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rota between 8am and 6pm.
