Customer Service - After sales / Post-Sales - Coventry - Engineering Manufacturing
White Label Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading global engineering manufacturing business in their recruitment for a Customer Service person to focus on the post-sales support to customers.
This role will sit in the internal sales office but will purely be focused on the post-sales
Be the point of contact for customer queries and complaints and offer solutions and resolve these.
Process new invoices for customer queries, POD's, stock returns and delivery enquiries in line with agreed timescales.
Monitor and analyse the back orders and report – work with purchasing on the dates / timescales and offer alternatives to the customers if necessary and checking
Develop strong working relationships with other departments in the business
Process, check and raise credits as required
Have a strong sales / customer service administration skills
Ideally be from an engineering or manufacturing / distribution environment
Must have experience with aftersales / post sales / aftermarket
Be personable and have a good telephone manner
Will need to be a strong character for dealing with customer complaints
Must have experience working with SAP
Have good experience working in a fast paced sales office environment
£23,000 - £28,000 annual salary
26 days annual holiday + bank holidays

8.30 – 4.45 Monday - Friday (a slight shift in these hours could be offered for the right candidate)
