Having put customer experience at the heart of everything they do, they have created a brand-new team dedicated to managing some of their complex accounts and are looking for a high performing, energetic, customer focused account development manager to join the team.
- Account Development Manager – Corporate Accounts
- £24,000 - £26,000, OTE £10,000 + Accelerators, Pension, 25 days holiday, Other benefits
You'll have a proven track record of managing and developing a portfolio of accounts - ideally within the contract hire/leasing, fleet management or vehicle rental markets but this is not a necessity.
As the Account Manager you'll be responsible for:
- Managing your own portfolio of accounts in the corporate fleet market.
- You'll thrive on developing relationships, creating upselling opportunities & closing deals.
- Experience negotiating with senior level executives.
- You'll provide accurate sales forecasts for monthly and quarterly analysis.
- Qualify and develop prospects using a range of sources.
What does success look like? You will be rewarded financially, and the business will invest in your personal development with opportunities to join management training programmes and progression plans.
We need a top class, target driven sales manager that has a natural talent for building great sales teams. You will need to have the following:
- Proven track record of success in an internal sales role
- Strong examples of building relationships with your customers
- Examples of achieving and exceeding team targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to recognise and pursue opportunities for account growth
- Energetic, driven and proactive in your approach to sales
- Strong team player
Whilst experience of the fleet management and contract hire market is advantageous it is by no means a prerequisite. If you have experience of the above from other business to business sectors selling services/solutions, we want to hear from you.
