New Car Sales Manager
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, we are currently recruiting a New Car Sales Manager to enhance the current Sales team at our Kimpton Road, Luton Branch to optimise and increase sales department profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities:
The Manager will motivate, develop and coach the Sales team to deliver the agreed volume of new vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability. You will ensure adequate stock and mix in order to offer the appropriate range of vehicles and colours to customers, arrange off-site promotional events in order to raise brand awareness and work with your team to retain customers to the retail facility and the brand.
New Car Sales Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience of managing in a busy manufacturer New Car Sales department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion and drive for exceeding targets.
- Competence in Microsoft packages.
- Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota basis.
Please note a driving license is an essential requirement for this role.

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, Average of 44 hours per week based on: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, with an hour for lunch; Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm, with an hour for lunch (the Saturday will entitle you to half a day off in lieu during the week).; Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm which will entitle you to a day off in lieu during the week.
Salary: £35k basic OTE £65,000 per annum
