About the position
The successful candidate for our New Car Sales Manager vacancy will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the New Car Sales Manager position involves:
Leading by example to all Sales Executive demonstrating best practice
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff
Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer centric manner in the shorted possible timeframe.
Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance
Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales records.
About our requirements
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
Customer awareness.
Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Strong teamwork skills.
Confident and professional communication skills.
Full driving license.
