Purely Automotive Recruitment is seeking experienced Parts Advisors to join our client based in the locations of Warrington, Chester, and Southport. Our client is a family-owned dealer group operating a number of prestige automotive brands across the Northwest.
We require Parts Advisors at all the locations mentioned above.
Ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude. As Parts Advisor you will need to be target driven, and comfortable selling with exceptional customer service skills.
Requirements & Qualifications
Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor:
Working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department
Maximising parts and accessory sales to customers.
Requirements and Skills of a Parts Advisor
Knowledge of: Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle operating systems or similar DMS Systems would be an advantage.
Front and back counter sales experience to the trade or retail customers.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Confident working within both retail sales and workshop environments.
