We are looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to be part of the fantastic team at our Loughton site. You will be responsible for supervising the parts operation and ensuring the smooth running of the department at all times. As part of the management team you will be responsible for the parts performance of the site and for delivery of the business plan including controlling cost management for the department.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
We are looking for a natural leader with a visible and hands on leadership style. You will need proven experience in a technical environment with specific experience of parts and service within a franchised motor trade environment. You will also need to possess strong IT skills and a full and clean driving licence.

This is an exciting role for one of our largest site which will be primarily focused on the parts performance of the site and for delivery of the business plan including controlling cost management for the department. As part of the management structure, you will be responsible for preparing and keeping under tight control department reports including stock control (negative, non-stock, parts status), parts procurement and special order parts. You will also manage the completion of perpetual stock checks and full department stock checks.
