Purely Automotive Recruitment are looking for skilled and experienced Vehicle Technicians and Motor Mechanical Engineers for a number of clients based in Cheshire, Crewe, Staffordshire, Warrington, Chester & North Wales. Requirements

To carry out service work on new and used vehicles efficiently and competently through to completing repair orders to manufacturer standards, including service check sheets, battery test reports, printouts when required from diagnostic equipment and all other necessary reports.  

To complete any additional service or repair work required as instructed by the workshop controller, or service manager. 

Essential criteria for the positions include:    

 

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City and Guilds or BTECH accreditation) Qualified with extensive experience working in Franchised Dealer Environments, and be highly skilled in fault diagnosis.    

Highly skilled at Fault Diagnosis. Deliver first time fix to meeting customer satisfaction. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to work within given timescales and complete a wide range of tasks. Ability to comply with manufacturer warranty job card write-ups. To ensure or chargeable labour and workshop consumables are recorded on the job card. Highly motivated, team player that offers help and support to others, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and develop personal knowledge, and keep up to date with health & safety and, technical and product information provided by the manufacturer. An outstanding attitude and a passion for customer service. An enthusiastic, dynamic team orientated personality. Ability to deal with customers when necessary. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Thorough knowledge of computer applications and diagnostic equipment.
