About the role
Ideal for ambitious professionals who can inject the commerciality and customer-focus they’ve gained in retail, FMCG, hospitality or other B2B or B2C backgrounds into our leading brands including Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. You’ll be part of our Field Force – the sales team that works with our retail networks and fleet customers.
You’ll employ your strong customer experience expertise (probably acquired in a retail, FMCG, leisure or hospitality role) to lead around 15 retailers towards excellence in customer service sales target achievement and robust financial performance – all aligned with our overall brand strategy. Sales and people management prowess are both essential.
Specific roles (based in locations across England, Scotland and Wales) include:
First and foremost, we want ambitious individuals who are keen to develop and progress and own their career development, with plenty of transferable commercial skills. Automotive experience isn’t necessary. It’s more important that you understand how to drive up sales performance and customer satisfaction whilst keeping a firm grip on profitability.
To stand out, you’ll also need to show us you can work in a high- quality brand environment, ensuring strong compliance to standards/quality management, whether you’re dealing with in-house colleagues or our retail network.
