##Rover--right##These are critical months for Rover with a successful launch of 25 and 45 essential to restore the company's credibility in the market. Morale in the network has improved, despite a slightly lukewarm sales reaction to 75, and most dealers are happy to see BMW taking a firm hand in running the company. They believe things can only get better. The network continues to shrink and there is no reason to think that process will be reversed. If the Rover (excluding Land Rover) market share is to settle around 6% - which would be an improvement on the present level - then about 250 to 270 outlets would seem economically viable.
