##Zafira--right##Vauxhall shows no signs of following Ford by taking a stake in its retail business. The market area approach is clearly defined and the company continues to try to fill its open points with satellite dealers. It also offers the imaginative Motors Holding programme for entrepreneurs willing to take on the franchise. Vauxhall's prospects are difficult to quantify. It has been building market share quietly and future product plans look more adventurous than the present offering. Zafira has already made a difference and the launch of Astra coupe and the new VSX sports car, later this year, will add some excitement.
