A leading consultant working with the Department of Trade and Industry on raising automotive retail standards will address Automotive Management's People Fair 2001 on November 15.

John Gambles, a partner in Quadrangle Consulting, will question how the industry can ensure it has the quality of retail management needed to transform dealership performance.

Mr Gambles will draw on the work Quadrangle has done with the Retail Forum which is bringing together the industry and the DTI to explore new ways to improve retail performance. The title of the speech will be “How 'good' managers are”.
