The company has also revealed that the additional 10 acres of land available at its Nottingham auction centre will be fully operational from January 2003. At a total of 30 acres, Nottingham will then be the third largest auction centre in Europe – after Blackbushe and Belle Vue.

British Car Auctions is to build a new remarketing supercentre on a 24-acre site near on junction 13/14 of the M1 south of Bedford. The development, which will be operational within the next 18 months, will be the biggest motor auction development of the decade, claims the company.p>
BCA says the new site will benefit from being accessible and in a strategically important location. It will form a major component in the development of its nationwide network. The new centre will deliver a wide range of services to BCA's corporate customers in the Midlands as well as being placed to serve develop Home Counties business.
