Camden Motors has completed a deal with communications experts Q.bit Systems to install a new customer contact centre at its Allen Ford outlet in Romford, London.

William Cohen, Q.bit Systems marketing director, said the new centre would boost Camden's business.

“A second project involves the delivery of a vehicle movement system,” he added. “This technology will be used to manage and control the high volume of cars that pass through the franchise.”

The contact centre project will be complete within six weeks. Last year Q.bit installed a networking application called Web2Office at Camden's 27 sites.

David Allsopp, Camden Motors e-business development manager, said: “We now have an integrated platform of offerings that enable Camden to incorporate new developments quickly.”
