The deal is part of a customised programme developed with trade-only treatments specialist Forte. All 64 dealerships in the Sytner Group – which represents 20 franchises – are involved in the scheme.
A range of literature has been produced by Forte to sell the benefits of regular aircon decontamination to Sytner's service customers.
“The inspiration for the move came from our aftersales managers,” says Sytner Group spokesman Finn De La Haye. “They requested a more structured air conditioning service at a single price. Forte was a natural.”
Customising leaflets on treatments was a first for Forte. It now offers a similar service to other dealer groups.
