John Cooper appointed Director, Customer Service, Ford of Britain

John Cooper has been appointed director customer service for Ford Motor Company Ltd, replacing Simon Psaila who is retiring at the end of December after 33 years service with the company.

Cooper joined Ford's customer service division in 1986 and has undertaken a number of different assignments in Britain, Germany and the US. In his new role he has strategic responsibility for Ford of Britain's full range of aftermarket operations including vehicle servicing and repair, parts sales and the fast-fit network, Ford Rapid Fit.
