Lexus GB has restructured its marketing, operations management and aftermarket functions.

Jan Kidacki, previously Lexus GB's General Manager, Strategy and Planning, is now General Manager, Marketing and Strategy, and will have overall responsibility for brand development, advertising, customer relationship marketing, direct marketing, product management and the 'Lexus customer experience'. Reporting to Kidacki will be National Marketing Manager: Simon Arbuthnot, previously Strategy Manager, National Strategy Manager: Paul Marshall, and National Product Manager: Paul Vecchione.

John Thomson, Lexus GB's General Manager, Operations, will have overall responsibility for network strategy and franchising, new and used sales, fleet, network development and financial performance. Three national managers will report to him: National Network Manager: Chris Buxton with responsibility for managing the Lexus team of Regional Managers, National Corporate and Remarketing Manager Andy Simpson, and the holder of afurther management role being created to provide support in Network Business Development.

Steve Penson, National Lexus Aftersales Manager, will continue in his role, leading a team responsible for Lexus's aftersales network strategy, customer relations and the franchising of service-only outlets.
