Nissan pushes Micra with trade-in offer

Owners of Toyota Yaris, Honda Jazz, Skoda Fabia, VW Polo and Rover 25 are being offered a £750 incentive by Nissan – on top of the trade-in value – to put towards the cost of a new Micra SE or SVE.

In addition, Nissan is also giving every customer who buys an SVE before the end of June, three years' free servicing and three years' RAC cover (a saving of up to £520).

The SVE model is one of the best equipped superminis on the market with features that include driver and passenger airbags, ABS with Brake Assist and EBD, ultrasonic rear parking sensors, climate control air-conditioning, 15-inch alloy wheels and Intelligent Key. Prices start at £10,295 for a 1.4-litre three-door.

The carmaker offers a three years, zero per cent finance (with 40% deposit) deal on all SE and SVE models. With the SE range starting from £9,150 for the 1.2 three-door, a customer wsould pay a deposit of £3660 plus 36 monthly payments of £153.

Offers on other Micra models in the range include zero per cent finance on the S grade over 12 months with 50% deposit and free insurance on S and XS models when purchased with Preferences, Nissan's personal contract purchase plan. Micra SX qualifies for free insurance.
