No BMW, no Mercedes-Benz – but at least Porsche will be representing Germany at the Sunday Times Motor Show Live this week. And it has one of the few world premieres planned for the NEC, Birmingham, event – the new 911 Turbo S.

Porsche is also showcasing its full GT line-up, led by the 612bhp Porsche Carrera GT supercar, and in support will be the 911 GT2, 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 RS, and a 911 GT3 Cup racing car. In total, there will be nine Porsche 911 models on display.

Three Cayenne off-roaders will be on the Porsche stand: 250bhp V6 Cayenne, the 340bhp Cayenne S and 450bhp Cayenne Turbo. Boxster and Boxster S models have been given showspace alongside the limited edition Boxster S 550 – just 1,953 have been built to commemorate the launch of the Porsche 550 Spyder in 1953.
