The first phase of refurbishment at Lifestyle Ford showrooms in the South has been completed.

The group’s Tonbridge outlet last week revealed a £200,000 refit which has seen it adapt Ford’s new corporate image for 2006. Similar upgrades are due to begin at its sites in Redhill, Crawley and Horsham.

The Tonbridge site now incorporates a glass-fronted showroom with space for eight new cars, plus a 10-bay workshop.

Managing director Marc Matthew says the facilities create a more customer-focused environment.
