The Ferrari and Maserati Modern Apprenticeship Programme has been created to produce fully qualified technicians with specialist product knowledge for the franchised dealer network, and the first six apprentices have now started their training.
Only 14 candidates from across the country will be selected annually to start a programme of personal development, leading to a recognised IMI qualification, factory-backed training and the most interesting career in the retail motor industry.
The successful applicants will be employed by the official Ferrari and Maserati dealers and follow a programme of on-the-job and classroom training delivered by ReMIT, training provider for the retail motor industry.
