Skoda has surpassed its annual sales record a month early this year, with a total of 452,973 cars sold.

The Czech Republic manufacturer sold 43,022 more cars from January to November compared to the same period last year.

The company said the good result was due to rising sales in Western Europe with a total of 255,783 (+17.8%) cars sold there while a total of 41,867 (+50.2%) units were sold in Eastern European countries. On its home market, Skoda cars have gone to 3,132 more customers than last year (a total of 58,837 units) since the beginning of this year.
