Stephen Ramsay, ReMIT managing director, says: “Apprenticeships are good for young people, as well as the businesses that take them on. The apprentice develops skills and abilities that will last a lifetime, and the business gets to train a member of staff in the way they want, while at the same time see that young person make a real and important contribution.”
ReMIT has just published 'The Body Repair Business,' a guide for vehicle body repairers looking to take on an apprentice.
The leaflet provides information on apprenticeships, and details benefits that an apprentice can provide to a business.
