Portfolio Europe has sealed a pan-European contract with Lexus Europe to provide retail marketing services to its dealer networks in several countries.

The deal, which will run over 2 years, follows a similar agreement reached in the UK last year with Toyota GB.

Lexus currently operates 216 dealerships across Europe with up to 54 set to benefit from the Portfolio relationship in the UK.

Outside the UK, the Portfolio partnership will support Lexus’s dealer operations in Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Eire and the Netherlands.

The system includes a national stock location system developed for each country, stock management software, quality assurance system and real-time reporting functionality.

The Portfolio system also provides Lexus branded retail marketing literature for all vehicles and a vehicle photography service.

Mike Pilkington, managing director of Portfolio Europe, says: “Prestige manufacturers such as Lexus are increasingly turning to specialist marketing tools to generate direct sales leads, reinforce brand values and strengthen residuals.”
