Honda is the first car company in Britain to launch fixed price repairs on models more than three years old, with the launch of Honda Happiness this month.

The ‘Honda Happiness’ repair prices were benchmarked against 600 non-franchised garages and all work will be done with Honda genuine parts by approved technicians.

Available from participating Honda dealers and on all models in the company’s range (except NSX and S2000), the scheme will cover popular repair tasks such as battery, exhaust, brake, timing belt and windscreen wiper replacement. Customers will be quoted a single repair cost, inclusive of all parts and labour costs, irrespective of which Honda model they own or where they live.

This single price point means that a Legend customer will pay the same amount for replacement brake pads as a Civic customer.
