Unipart is aiming to boost the promotion of its loyalty award scheme for independent garages and bodyshop with the launch of a new Choices catalogue.

The Choices Programme gives members points on purchases of parts, which can then be redeemed against prizes featured in the catalogue such as MP3 players, satellite navigation units and driving experience days.

The catalogue also offers rewards to businesses such as Crypton training, workplace clothing and donations to Ben.

“The new choices catalogue is designed to deliver a win-win partnership to appeal to all sizes of workshop,” says Phil Pearson, customer programmes manager for Unipart Automotive.

“Several special promotions will take place throughout the year to encourage members to earn bonus points. We hope they will make the most of the benefits available to them.”

The programme, launched in 2004, has 6,000 members. Local distributors will work with customers to create individual plans for growth.

All members receive a statement each month so that they can see how many points they have.
