Designer Vision, the in-car audio-visual entertainment systems specialist, has today announced that the company has agreed to a confidential out of court settlement with Centurion regarding the alleged misuse of confidential information and the alleged infringement of the Company’s UK and European design rights.

Andrew Mintern, finance director of Designer Vision, said: "We are extremely pleased that a settlement has been reached without the need to continue a lengthy and expensive legal process."

Chris Rhodes, CEO of Centurion, said: "I am very happy with the settlement and that this dispute was resolved on an amicable and sensible basis."
