What advice would you give to young people planning to join the industry?
Get a degree and as much experience of dealing with people as possible.

What’s the worst career move you’ve ever made?
Not having made more job moves. But I have no regrets.

Joining Taylor Barnard, (predecessor of Marriott Motor Group).

Hopefully still alive!
