Renault UK and its wholly-owned retail group, Reagroup, are undergoing a management reshuffle.

Reagroup has a new managing director. Ian Plummer, previously London divisional director, replaces Jean-Gabriel Carlier. Stuart Walker is promoted from southern divisional director to deputy managing director. Renault has also appointed the six regional general managers to the Reagroup board.

Meanwhile, at Renault Mark Lovett, manager of LCV sales, is leaving to join Nissan Motors GB as LCV sales and marketing manager. Renault has decided to combine car and van activity within the fleet department where Andrew Cockeram, head of franchising operations, will become manager of fleet sales.

Nick Tame, currently in charge of car fleet sales, will move to commercial operations as dealer development and franchising manager.

Chris White moves from communications to contract hire and leasing manager within the fleet department, replacing Martin Hillman, who will undertake a new fleet role as manager of total cost of ownership and customer development.

Remi Lefevre is leaving Paris to replace Selisik Ergin as director, services and quality for Renault UK.

Philip Allan, CRM projects manager, becomes fleet marketing manager.

Roland Bouchara, who took over as MD Renault UK from Philippe Talou-Derible on November 1, will oversee the changes.
