Each of the 93 B2B sales centre will offer smaller, local businesses a more ‘personal, concentrated service’.
The centres will staffed by graduates from Honda’s new fleet sales programme.
Each recruit has followed a three-stage programme that involved seven days of small business guidance, including role play scenarios and off-site workshops. The successful delegates have also become the first accredited members of the Honda Institute, Honda’s people development organisation.
