Perrys has has been named 'Top Dealer Group' at the first ever annual Motability Supplier Awards.

Perrys beat strong competition from 450 other dealer groups to achieve the title.

The awards, which were held on the March 24, celebrated the achievements of all the dealerships that have 'delivered excellence, scheme growth and high performance in 2005'.

The Top Dealer Group category had 12 finalists including Ford Retail UK, Reg Vardy and Pendragon. The nominees were assessed by the Motability operations supplier committee which is chaired by Mike Wear, manufacturer and dealer relations director.

Judges were looking for excellence with regard to flexibility, innovation and customer service.
