Clive Sutton Premier Marques, the London-based independent dealership owned by former ChryslerJeep dealer Clive Sutton, is experiencing an increase in international business.

Sutton says within the last few weeks he has received orders for new specialist cars for a number of clients’ based overseas who have weekend homes in London.

One Russian businessman, already a client of Premier Marques, paid the dealership around £215,000 to supply an unregistered Ferrari Superamerica to his father in Moscow. Premier Marques tracked down a suitable car within 48 hours through contacts in Germany. Another client, whose business is in Norway, has just placed an order for a Ferrari 599.

“I guess you can say that Premier Marques is going global,” says Sutton. Premier Marques now provides a sub-contracted aftersales service to its clients, and has appointed two full-time service advisors.
