Black Horse to help dealers free up time

Over the past few years, Black Horse has introduced a number of products and initiatives to help raise the profile of finance in dealers’ showrooms, to compete with direct lenders and protect dealers’ F&I profit centres.

These include Autoloan, AutoRate, Motor Warranty and the unique Approved Dealer Programme. Black Horse is committed to continuing this trend in the future, and anticipates being able to provide dealers with regular developments, products and services to help keep them ahead of the competition.

John Woolley says: “A combination of a more focused service, enhanced showroom technology and further advancements to the Approved Dealer Programme will help to free up time for dealers to be in front of their customers, and ultimately sell more finance.”

To underline the importance of this function, Black Horse is also increasing the number of sales consultants it employs, so that consultants can spend more time advising and helping dealers write more business.

Woolley continues: “We’re determined to match our service more closely to the specific needs of our dealers and, in this dynamic market, strive to achieve the optimum service and support levels.

“I believe that the developments we’re going to make to technology and service levels over the coming months will have a positive impact on our dealers business, and further demonstrate our dealer dedicated stance. These changes will be aligned with our strategy of seeking continual improvement in our service levels.”

Woolley continued: “We are totally committed to maintaining our market leading position in the motor and leisure markets.

“Through our expertise, passion for service and advanced technology, we are totally focused on the success of our dealers’ business and the needs of their customers.

“In a changing market, one thing remains constant – Black Horse’s total dedication to its dealers and their customers.”
