Brunel Ford has re-launched its parts distribution centre responsible for servicing the motor trade in the area around north and north-east Somerset, Bristol and Bath.

A spokesman for Brunel says the move was a case of “strategic repositioning”. He adds: “But also we needed to address our customers’ needs.”

Since the re-launch two months ago, the business has grown by 25% and it is continuing to see monthly sales increases.

The facility has been kitted out with new computers and 12 new vehicles as part of the £270,00 restructure. “This has been a significant investment by Ford with the aim of increasing the quality of our service,” says David Tenpow, regional parts manager at Brunel Ford.

The 40-strong team received fresh training and new uniforms.
