Fords of Winsford (FOW), the Cheshire based car supermarket, has launched an online trade in valuation facility to help customers discover the value of their trade-in before they even visit the showroom.

The website, www.fow.co.uk, has been live since August 1 gives them a live appraisal of their part exchange vehicle. It uses information from CAP and Glass’s to give customers an appraisal, against any vehicle in stock.

Darren Goode, FOW sales & marketing manager, said: "Our online appraisal gives our customers the true and current market value of their car. We give the customer all the information up front and by being honest and open and giving customers the opportunity to talk to us about every aspect of their sale ensures that customers return to us to again and again."
