Michael Straughan is the LDV Group’s new operations director.

Straughan will be responsible for all aspects of van manufacturing, logistics and purchasing, quality, technical and special vehicle operations within LDV.

Reporting directly to chief executive, Steve Young, Straughan joins LDV from Ford where he was responsible for the launch of the Land Rover Freelander replacement into the Halewood plant.
