Nick Whale Group has opened its new Porsche dealership in Leicester.

The property is owned by automotive real estate company Gilbran, which worked with Nick Whale to find and acquire a site, and has granted a long-term lease to the dealer.

"It is always a pleasure to work with a dealership group from the very beginning of sourcing, acquiring and developing their premises," said Gilbran managing director, Nigel Smith.

The two-acre site includes a showroom and service workshop and is sited near the Leicester ring road.

Smith added: "Our business model is built on our deep understanding of the motor industry from both the retailers’ and manufacturers’ perspective and this insight has enabled us to develop a site to meet both Nick Whale’s and the manufacturer’s business needs."
