AI Claims Solutions has formed a partnership with DuPont Performance Coatings to audit quality standards in AI’s bodyshop network.

From January 1, DPC will audit all 180 repairers in the network, and where necessary will advise of improvements to process and sharing of best practice.

AI was the first work provider to mandate the PAS 125 BSI/Thatcham Kitemark for its network.

This audit programme is intended as the first step in assisting repairers achieve accreditation.
