This year’s NADA convention was not all one-way traffic of companies launching into the UK.

Manheim announced plans to launch its e-Good Manners sales lead prospecting system to the US.

The remarketing giant acquired e-Good Manners in 2005, just three years after it was founded. The company claims to work with 1,500 dealerships in the UK.

e-Good Manners helps automate the lead management process and capture more customers who show an interest in purchasing at the dealership.

The system captures and records showroom and telephone traffic and ensures that all potential customers are followed up effectively, increasing test drives and other actions that have been proven to increase sales.

It includes a full contact management suite that ensures constant, effective contact with prospects and produces valuable reports from sales analysis to marketing effectiveness, all available in real time.

e-Good Manners can now be accessed via Blackberrys, which will broaden its appeal to dealers.
